1. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been processed successfully. Tekoha reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings under exceptional circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Mercado Pago. We do not store credit card information on our servers. All prices are listed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) unless otherwise stated.

4. Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process. Tekoha is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during activities. Participants should follow all safety instructions provided by guides.

5. Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is used solely for reservation management and communication purposes.

6. Changes to Terms

Tekoha reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
